2012 Pack Committee Plannning Conference

I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. Chances are you fall in either one of two camps, either can’t wait until August 9th, or you can’t believe August 9th and the beginning of school is just around the corner!

 

I would like to invite everyone to our first ever Pack Committee Planning Conference, next Saturday, July 21st starting 8:00am and ending no later than noon. It will be held at WHLC Architecture Offices. At the front of Oak Hills Subdivision at Perkins Rd. (large conference room to spread out, coffee machines, kitchen, room to spread around.)

 
All current Pack Leaders should make an effort to attend. We are dealing with leadership positions in transition and we have many aspects to review and plan for. We are setting up our new year!
 

We plan to: 1. Review the Previous Year’s Events. 2. Review all Pack Committee Roles. 3. Review the Pack’s Goals for Operation. 4. Review and Approve this Year’s Budget. 5. To Successfully Plan the Upcoming Year.

 
We will need to have the Pack prepared for August by the end of the meeting. This beginning month has much in store for us. Events such as recruiting, pool party, fundraising are just a few items that we need to get a handle on.
 

There are a lot of exciting things happen, come be a part!
